Content Guidelines
Walk and Hear tours are about real places and real history. These guidelines apply to every tour.
Good tours
- Are accurate, and cite sources for historical claims.
- Are clear about legend, tradition or opinion versus documented fact.
- Send listeners only to public places, or places they have permission to visit, by safe routes.
- Respect people's privacy: no home addresses or personal details of private individuals without consent.
- Use recordings, images and text you have the right to use.
Not allowed
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that demeans people for who they are.
- Sexually explicit content, graphic violence, or content harmful to minors.
- Deliberately false history, scams, or narration that impersonates a real person.
- Routes that encourage trespass or dangerous behaviour.
- Spam, advertising disguised as history, or infringing material.
Reports and enforcement
Report a tour to support@toplevelcode.com. We review reports, may ask the tour owner to fix a problem, and may unpublish tours or suspend accounts that break these guidelines or our Terms. Owners can reply to explain or appeal. We respond to reports within 48 hours.
